Lucrezio è un autore che occupa un posto di assoluto rilievo nella letteratura latina e in quella universale. La conferma è data da un numero assolutamente eccezionale di poeti e scrittori, italiani e stranieri, che si sono ispirati all’opera di Lucrezio.
Questa conferenza internazionale, il cui livello qualitativo è testimoniato dalla partecipazione di grossi nomi del mondo accademico, si presenta come un punto di riferimento per tutti gli studiosi che vogliano entrare in contatto con esponenti della cultura di tutto rispetto, in quanto portatori di novità e risultati di ricerche attualissime.
