Medusa Mythology Exam
The International Competition For Mythology Enthusiasts
This year’s theme: For the theme "Olympians 2.0," questions will focus on the myths about and stories involving Aphrodite, Apollo, Ares, Artemis, Athena, Dionysus, Hephaestus, and Hermes.
General information: The Medusa Exam is open to all students in grades 6-12. Latin, English, and home-school teachers are encouraged to enroll their interested students! While the exam has a different theme every year, the format is always a multiple-choice format, in 50 questions in English, and students are allowed 40 minutes to complete the exam. Teachers administer the exam during the week of March 22-26, 2010 (alternative dates are possible if your school’s spring break is during this time frame).
Registration: Standard registrations are due February 13, 2010; click on the link to see schedule of registration fees.
: $3.00 per student plus a $15 school fee ($25 for international schools).
: Certificates of Honorable Mention, and Gold and Silver medals from Italy. The highest-scoring participants will be able to apply for several cash achievement awards.
